Marvel Avengers: Battle For Earth Review… The Skrulls (the kids had to tell me about) have landed and now we get to be our favorite superheroes. All the Avengers, are, well us during this Secret Invasion. With the help of the Kinect we use our special super hero moves to do battle. We can play using a variety of game modes including arcade, campaign and coop and versus. I love the kids talking like Thor and jumping and battling…
The kids had a good time playing this game and they got a good work out… They work as a team, doing moves and following one of several moves that are displayed on the screen for their tag team. They can throw multiple punches when they wait until the raise knee icon appears to be full, and that is their cue to throw multiple punches for close combat. When they raise their arms they can change characters, which is done once all the other moves are exhausted.
What’s the power move? The Breaker! Jump in the air and counter the enemies combo. The kids like to work hard to beat the game and they are getting a work out too.
