I received a couple packages of Kontos Foods’ Cocktail Flatbread to make these game day recipes and review purposes. Any opinions given are my own.
We are feeling pretty excited that our football teams have a chance to make it to the Superbowl. That has gotten me thinking about what would be some fun Game Day recipes. My son and I love cooking and I love creating new recipes with him.
When I looked at the Kontos Foods’ Cocktail Flatbread my brain got busy with a bunch of ideas. Each piece of flatbread comes cut in about 2-inch circles, it’s soft and just waiting for something to be added to it. With the first package we made super fast snacks like the following:
Just add your favorite Pesto…
Next up, we spread a bit of cream cheese and added a spoon of my homemade chili.
There were a couple more little bites we tried but let’s get on to our favorite snacks.
Flatbread Mini Pizza…
The Kontos Flatbread was crisp and was the perfect crust for this bite-size pizza!

Mini Flatbread Burgers
These little hamburgers were fun to make and my son was more than glad to help me make these. He started out by making mini hamburger patties. When they were done, he added cheese and toasted the flatbread.
Finally, The mini hamburgers are ready, now is the time to add your favorite toppings, for us it was pickles, Peperoncinis, mustard, ketchup or whatever topping you like and viola another tasty gameday delight…
Make a lot of these appetizers for a football party, they were a big hit for our family and they went fast. If you can’t find mini flatbread, just use a cookie cutter on larger pieces of flatbread or naan bread.
Here is one of our gameday spreads:
