Woo Hoo. I went to my 6 week postpartum check-up and my wonderfulhas released me to run amuck I mean exercise freely.
What does the mean for me? Well, I could do a whole bunch of exercising and restrict my diet or I could start out slowly and build good habits.
Where should I begin? Baby Steps…
- Eating Breakfast
- Drinking Water
- Working out 3 times a week – I have received exercise videos to try out one with a Kettle Bell Champ Jessica DiBiase and the other with doing some interval training. Granted I won’t be able to go all out, but I’ll do my best.
BLOGGING CARNIVAL: What is your plan to avoid overindulging during holiday feasts?
Wow that is such a hard one isn’t? I mean many of us celebrate with food and I am making a ton of it. My plan is to stick to my guns for one thing. Oh don’t get me wrong, I am going to eat everything, but that doesn’t mean we have to eat 10 plates of everything. I’ll be having a small spoon of everything so I can enjoy the fruits of my cooking labor, but also so I don’t sabotage all my progress.
