This past week I made my daughter her favorite mini pumpkin pies and we had a bit of pumpkin mix left over. You know me I don’t like to waste anything and that is when scones popped in my head.
I decided to double my drop biscuit recipe, add the pumpkin mixture and add a half cup of chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 degrees for 22 minutes and….
