This Kale-Apple Chia Smoothie is a light, refreshing green smoothie to get your day started right! Feel free to add a different fruit if you like!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped kale, ribs and thick stems removed
- 1 small stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen green grapes
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground chia
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away!
