This Kale-Apple Chia Smoothie is a light, refreshing green smoothie to get your day started right!  Feel free to add a different fruit if you like!

Happy Morning Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped kale, ribs and thick stems removed
  • 1 small stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen green grapes
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground chia
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away!
