Amy Sherman’s Popcorn Crunch

Amy originally created this to be made in the T-fal ActiFry but you can make it in any pan.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 4 cups popped popcorn

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar and honey until sugar dissolves about 3 minutes. Add peanut butter, one tablespoon at a time, to prevent it from clumping together. Cook another 2 minutes then stir and cook another 2 minutes. Add popcorn dispersing it evenly. Cook for 3 minutes then transfer to a greased sheet pan to cool.
