Friendship Bracelet Kit Giveaway

I love getting flowers now and then, but Valentine’s isn’t just for husbands and wives or boyfriends and girl friends.   The kiddos love Valentine’s Day for many reasons

  • all the activity with the cards;
    • picking their favorite ones
    • filling them out
    • giving them to their friends
    • and receiving them

The kids love getting hands busy with crafts.  This year I wanted to do something unique with my daughters.  So when CraftProjectideas.com told me about their Share The Love Promotion and all different projects like Personalized Frames, Made by Me Sand Art, Just my Style Pop art Jewelry,  and Just My Style Friendship Bracelets, I was in.

My kids came home from school and went nuts about the Friendship Bracelet kit I had on the table.

All the kids except the two babies sat down and started working.  Their biggest dilemma was how to keep the thread taught while they knotted.  Here are my suggestions:

  • Use a safety pin on the carpet (my stand by when I was a youngster)
  • tape it to the table
  • use a clip board

Here is a how-to video and step by step instructions to help you.

This kit comes with:

  • colorful embroidery thread
  • beads
  • charms
  • hair accessories
  • and a butterfly bead tray

My 7 year old wants to include a friendship bracelet to all her friends in their Valentine’s Cards.  This is an excellent project for anytime; holiday or not.  You can find this kit and other craft projects at your local Walmart.

Would you like to win this kit for your kiddos or to do with your kiddos?

Great the folks at CraftProjectIdeas.com have a kit for one lucky winner.  Enter here:

The children love to make cards, for any reason. They make alot of cards, and I put their pictures on the back of them, so that they people getting the cards, can see how fast they are growing.
